Welcome to FloorForge, LLC (“FloorForge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service describe the terms for using our website, requesting estimates, and interacting with our online services.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website.

1. About These Terms

These terms apply to our website and online tools, including quote requests, our instant-price tool, contact forms, and appointment requests.

Concrete coating installation and other paid services are governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement. That agreement establishes your project’s scope, pricing, payment schedule, and other project-specific terms. If these website terms conflict with your signed service agreement regarding a project, the service agreement controls.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes, including learning about our services and requesting information about a potential project.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.

• Attempt to access restricted systems or another person’s information.

• Interfere with the website’s operation or security.

• Introduce malicious software or use automated tools to disrupt the website.

• Copy or use our content for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or violations of these terms.

3. Instant Pricing and Estimates

Unless expressly identified as a binding offer, prices generated by our online tools are preliminary estimates based on the information you provide.

Final pricing depends on confirmation of project measurements, existing concrete conditions, preparation requirements, repairs, moisture conditions, coating selections, access, and other site-specific factors.

We will provide the proposed scope and final price for your approval before beginning work. Any later changes to the agreed scope or price will be handled through the project agreement and applicable law.

Using the instant-price tool or submitting a quote request does not reserve an installation date or create a binding installation agreement.

4. On-Site Visits and Appointment Requests

Appointment requests are subject to confirmation and availability.

Where advertised as free, an on-site estimate visit is provided without charge or an obligation to purchase. Please provide accurate contact and property information and arrange authorized access to the areas we need to inspect.

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee a particular date or time.

5. Installation Timing

Statements such as “installed in one day” describe eligible projects under suitable conditions. Your anticipated installation schedule will be confirmed for your specific project.

Project size, concrete condition, repairs, weather, moisture, product requirements, and unforeseen site conditions may affect completion time.

Installation completion and readiness for use are different milestones. Follow the curing and return-to-service instructions provided for your coating system before walking, parking, moving furniture, or placing equipment on the finished surface.

6. Colors, Samples, and Website Images

We aim to represent our coatings accurately. However, colors, textures, sheen, and decorative flake appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, photography, materials, and application conditions.

Website images are illustrative and do not guarantee an identical result at your property. Review available physical samples and discuss your selections with us before approving your project.

7. Project Agreements, Payments, and Cancellations

Deposits, payment deadlines, scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and change orders are addressed in your written project agreement.

These website terms do not establish a nonrefundable deposit policy or replace cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

Please review your project documents before signing or paying a deposit.

8. Warranties and Floor Care

Any warranty offered for your project is described in the applicable written warranty. Review that document for coverage, duration, exclusions, maintenance requirements, transferability, and claim procedures.

References to a “lifetime warranty,” where offered, have the meaning and conditions stated in that written warranty. They do not mean every type of damage, wear, or change in appearance is covered indefinitely.

Follow the care and maintenance instructions supplied with your installation. Contact us promptly if you believe there is an issue with your coating.

Nothing in these website terms reduces an applicable express warranty or any warranty rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Requests and Communications

When you submit an inquiry, estimate request, or appointment request, we may use the contact information you provide to respond and communicate about that request or your project, consistent with applicable law and your stated preferences.

Submitting a form does not, by itself, provide consent to automated marketing calls or text messages. Where required, marketing consent will be requested separately.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions included in those messages. Project-related communications may still be necessary to fulfill your requests or service agreement.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information through our website and online services.

Please review our before submitting personal information.

11. Ownership of Website Content

Unless otherwise identified, the FloorForge name, logo, website text, designs, photographs, graphics, and other website materials belong to FloorForge or its licensors.

You may view and print website content for personal, noncommercial use. Other uses require permission unless permitted by applicable law.

You retain ownership of photographs and other materials you submit to us. You authorize us to use those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request and provide the services you request. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use.

12. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or tools. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content or operation. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

13. Website Availability and Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be complete or current.

We may correct errors or update website content. Corrections do not automatically change the price or terms of a signed project agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” This provision applies to website use and does not disclaim warranties made in your project agreement or written warranty.

14. Responsibility for Website Use

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FloorForge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to access, this website.

This provision does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Responsibility for installation services is addressed in your project agreement and applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If you have a concern, please contact us using the information below so we can attempt to resolve it. Contacting us does not waive your legal rights or extend any applicable deadline.

These website terms do not require binding arbitration or waive your right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our website or business practices change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and will apply prospectively.

Updates to these website terms do not modify a previously signed project agreement without any agreement required by that contract or applicable law.
